Our policies are in place to ensure a smooth, respectful, and enjoyable experience for every client. They help us maintain quality service, protect appointment time, and create clarity around bookings, payments, and purchases. We kindly ask that all clients review the information below prior to booking or purchasing to avoid any confusion and ensure the best possible experience. Please note that policies are subject to change at any time, and it is the client’s responsibility to review them prior to booking or purchasing.

Our Policy

Booking & Appointment Policies

Deposits & Payments

A deposit may be required at the time of booking and is applied toward the total service cost. Remaining balances are due at the time of the appointment. Accepted payment methods include cards, cash, Zelle, and select buy-now-pay-later options such as Afterpay and Klarna, when available.

Refunds

All services are final once the Client leaves. Any issues will be accommodated up to 48 hours after the service. Deposits are non-refundable.

Late Arrivals

Clients arriving late may have their service shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting other appointments.

Cancellations

Clients may cancel or reschedule your appointment with reasonable notice. Same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the service fee using the card on file.

No-Show Policy

Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit and may be subject to a charge of up to 50% of the service cost. Any outstanding balance from a missed appointment must be paid prior to receiving future services.

Consultations

Consultations are included with services unless otherwise stated.

Other Appointment Rules:

  • Up to 3 fills per full set

  • No foreign fills

  • No extra guests

  • Clients must reschedule if ill

  • No acrylic soak offs

  • Clean faces only; Remove all makeup

Product & Store Policies

Product Sales

All product sales are final. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Processing times do not include shipping transit time.

Shipping

Shipping rates and delivery estimates (usually 2-4 business days) are provided at checkout. The Unlimited Beauty Lab is not responsible for delays once packages are in the carrier’s possession. 

Lost or Damaged Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. The Unlimited Beauty Lab is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once marked as delivered by USPS. Please contact USPS to file any lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Chargebacks or payment disputes for services rendered or products delivered may result in restricted future purchases or bookings.
